Hauptinfo-Balken
Once logged into the application you will be presented with the Hauptinfo-Balken. On this you can see your Betfair Balance for both your UK Wallet and your Australian Wallet. The balances automatically refresh every 5 seconds by default and also when you submit a bet, change or cancel a bet or when a bet’s status changes at Betfair.

The information shown in the Hauptinfo-Balken changes when a market is loaded.

Clicking on your Wallet or Balance opens up the help & useful links window & shows you Betfair account page.

There are a number of windows that can be displayed in the Hauptinfo-Balken. Each window will only appear when relevant. These windows may be rolled up, expanded, hidden or undocked from the Hauptinfo-Balken window and positioned as required on your desktop.

If “Show in Taskbar” is selected from the right click menu, clicking on the minimize button or the taskbar icon will minimize all of the application windows. When minimized, clicking on the task bar icon will restore all application windows.

By right clicking on the header of the window the following menu options are displayed:

  • Anfangskontostand (Übungs-Modus) - Allows you to set your initial bank for training mode. This can only be done when you first start the application.

  • Markt schliessen - closes the currently selected market (only shown when a market is open)

  • Alle Märkte schliessen - closes all markets (only shown when 2 or more markets are open)

  • Markt wechseln zu.. - Allows you to switch to another currently open market (only shown when 2 or more markets are open)

  • Zeige Gitternetzansicht - only shown when a market is open and the Grid is not open

  • Leiteransicht anzeigen - only shown when a market is open and the Ladder is not open

  • Anzeigen / nicht anzeigen - allows you to toggle on/off the various windows within the Hauptinfo-Balken

  • Event Specific Menu - allows you to jump to a submarket for an event, for example soccer matches. If you left click on the market it will close the current active market and open the new market. If you right click on the market it will keep the existing markets open and load the new market

  • Nächste Rennen - allows you to jump to an upcoming Horse/Greyhound race. If you left click on the market it will close the current active market and open the new market. If you right click on the market it will keep the existing markets open and load the new market

  • Reihenfolge - (only shown when a market is open) allows you to alter the order of display of the various windows within the Hauptinfo-Balken

  • Warntöne-Manager - loads the Audio Alerts Manager

  • API Einstellungs-Manager - loads the API Settings Manager

  • Shortcut Key Manager - loads the Shortcut Key Manager

  • Open Settings Folder - Opens your settings folder in Windows Explorer

  • Benutzerdefiniertes Profil laden - Loads up a pre saved settings profile.

  • aktuelles Profil speichern als.. - Saves all your current settings for later retrieval. Includes all window locations & sizes. You can either overwrite an existing profile, or create a new one by selecting Neues Profil, then clicking in the Profile 1 Text Box, changing the name and hitting the Enter key.


  • Profil löschen - Deletes a pre saved custom profile.

  • Cloud-Einstellungen

    • Suche nach Support-Profil - This option allows you to download and use a settings profile provided by the support team, and should only be used as per their instruction.

    • Einstellungen sichern - Selecting this option will save a copy of your current settings {including any saved profiles} to our servers. This enables you to easily transfer your settings to another PC, or recover them if you PC breaks.

    • Einstellungen wiederherstellen - If you have previously backed up your settings to the cloud, this will recover & overwrite your current settings & profiles with your backed up version.

    • Profil veröffentlichen - This enables you to share a single named saved profile for other forum members to use.

    • Download Forum Users Profile - If another forum user has shared their profile, you can retrieve it via this option. It will be saved in your profiles as “Users Forum Name”-“Users Profile Name”.

    • Payment Portal - Opens the payment portal to enable you to purchase time for the application.

  • Layout - Alters the width of the Hauptinfo-Balken to one of 4 standard widths.

  • Farbanordnung - allows you to alter the colour scheme across the whole application.

    • Farben bearbeiten - Opens the colour scheme manager & allows you to customise a number of application colours.

    • Benutzerdefinierte Farbeinstellung laden - Loads a previously saved colour scheme.

    • aktuelle Farbeinstellung speichern als.. - Saves your current colour scheme as either a new scheme, or overwriting a previously saved scheme. {Works the same as aktuelles Profil speichern als.. above.}

    • Farbeinstellung löschen - Deletes a previously saved Colour Scheme.

    • Standard Colour Schemes - {Blau, Grün etc.} – Switches the application to a pre determined default colour scheme.

  • Überschrift - allows you to change what is displayed at the top of the Hauptinfo-Balken when a market is not loaded:

    • The Toy Version - Shows the application version.

    • Betfair Benutzername

    • Name

    • Die Uhrzeit

    • Forum Name

  • Beim Start d. Programms Hilfe anzeigen - turns on/off the display of the Help & Useful Links window at start up

  • Beenden der Anwendung bestätigen - turns on/off the Confirm Shutdown window

  • Wetten bestätigen - Determines the behaviour of the confirm window when you place a bet.

    • Aus - Confirm bets window will not show.

    • Sicherheit - Confirm bets window will only show if you place a 1 click bet within half a second of a menu closing.

    • An - Confirm Bets window will show every time you place a bet.

    When the confirm bets window is showing, to cancel the placement of the bet you click on the Cancel Button. To confirm the placement of the bet you click within the white rectangle that contains the bet description.

  • TradeShark Hedging - When switched on, the hedging functionality for 2 runner markets treats both runners / selections as one. NB This feature is mainly used by Tennis pros & may be somewhat confusing to a beginner.

  • Kontostand - when the icon is greyed out your account balances are not displayed

  • Virtuelle Wetten anzeigen - Switches on / off the display of virtual bets used by Betfair’s cross-matching algorithm.

  • Profit, Loss & Hedge Display - Sets whether NET or Hedged profit values display with or without commission deducted throughout the application.

  • Warnung bei Schließen d. Marktes - You can set the application to warn you when closing a market if you have either unmatched bets, an open position, neither, or both.

  • Streaming Chart Optionen - There are 3 defined sets of behaviour for the floating charts…

    • Aktuelle Selektion - Up to one window of each floating chart set will be displayed. Whichever selection your mouse is currently over, the information for this runner will be displayed in the window.

    • Mehrfach-Selektion - Up to one window of each chat set per selection will be displayed. These are tied to the grid order in the application.

    • Mehrfachauswahl Ladder - Up to one window of each chat set per selection will be displayed. These are tied to the ladder order in the application.

      • NB There is an option in the Ladder Menü called Allgemeine Anordnung verwenden. If this option is switched on, the grid & other controls always track the ladder ordering. As such there is no difference between Mehrfach-Selektion & Mehrfachauswahl Ladder in this mode.

  • Marktübersicht - Switches the Market Overview chart on or off. Note the chart will only show when there is an active market.

  • Multibet Tool - Switches the Multibet Tool on or off. Note the tool will only show when there is an active market.

  • Live-Wetten Interface - Switches the In-Play interface on or off. Note the In-Play interface will only show when there is an active market.

  • Betfair Live Video - Switches the Betfair Live Video window on or off.

  • Profit / Liability - displays bets across the whole application in terms of Profit/Risiko

  • Ausschüttung - displays bets across the whole application in terms of payout
